Helpers were absolutely horrible!!!! They completely destroyed my new walls in my new home. Completely unprofessional and no clue as to how to move furniture. I absolutely will not tip the movers as that money will be needed to fix my wall

The movers were very rough with my belongings - dropping boxes routinely, dropping furniture, breaking a chair that is beyond repair. Boxes marked fragile were not handled carefully, boxes that I pointed out needed to be on top and nothing heavy on top were not handled as such. They were not able to get all my belongings on the truck and apologized several times, saying it was their fault and they didn't pack the front of the truck all the way and ran out of room. They attempted to repack the truck and still did not pack the front of the truck fully and did not get all my belongings on the truck. I was left with things to try to figure out what to do with. I stayed on hold for an entire hour trying to call movinghelp and no one answered. I'm extremely unhappy with these movers and their attitude about not doing their job properly, and not handling my belongings carefully. My friends repacked part of the truck later and found many bare spots in the truck that had not been filled.
