I was called two weeks before my move to move up my scheduled time. Move day came and the movers were 4 hours late and I had to call the movers. Called manager over and over no answer to this day. This company is very unprofessional.

My movers John and Cory were very helpful and skillful. They were able to unload my heavy bulky furniture off the Uhaul truck and up the stairs and thru the doorway without scratching up my walls or damaging my furniture. I was behind in my schedule on my end and the companys owner Jerome was very accommodating and hr adjusted their schedule to fit with my schedule. I really appreciated that because moving can be stressful. I will keep their information handy if ever I need to have something moved agao and I will most definitely recommend NeedAhand moving company to my friends and family.
