The one guy, that seemed to be the one in charge, was great and friendly but the other guy barely did anything. The one guy practically moved everything himself while the other guy was on his phone and carried boxes here and there and had to be constantly told to lift the furniture because he kept dragging it. Not sure if he was training or what but they ended up braking and damaging numerous items including a special made curio cabinet that is irreplaceable, the back of my couch, a deep freezer and a desk. When the guy in charge went outside to carry yet another item by himself the other one stayed inside. From the other room I heard him move my desk by sliding it across carpet and I heard it crack and brake. It was played off like it was like that but it wasn’t and we ended up having to throw it away. We needed help with only heavy items but were continually ignored when we told them what we needed moved. We got it out but it came down to the last minute. We will be filing a complain
