Great experience with the Top Notch team! Everyone was professional, friendly, and very careful with my furniture. It was 90 and humid, but that didn’t slow them down at all and the job was done really efficiently. Moving is stressful, but the guys made it easy and quick. Anthony and Tito’s communication before and during was excellent too. I highly recommend this company!

The movers were efficient and friendly. The communication was frustrating. The number for the company belongs to the owner who is very busy and does not reply to messages in a timely manner. Also refuses to pick up any phone call. There’s no dedicated person who is in charge of communication. Nobody would confirm my appointment, which gave me a lot of unnecessary stress. I finally got my confirmation 3 hours before they are supposed to be here. On the day of the move they could not get here at the agreed upon time and got delayed for 4 hours. In the end it worked out for us, but if you are tight with time and expect them to show up at the scheduled time or want timely communication, you might be disappointed.
