We ended up having to undo what movers did and redo to make everything fit. And everything did fit! After they told us it wouldn’t. Mover said it was my fault because I wanted the stuff loaded the way we were going to unload. I explained that as the expert he should have told me at the beginning that if they loaded the way I was requesting that everything wouldn’t fit. Worst experience with movers ever.

Communication for scheduling was not great, but the people who loaded were! Scheduling was about 30 mins behind the agreed time, but once they got here the two men were fast, efficient, and loaded up everything in 1hr20 mins! Overall pretty good experience.

I hired 2 movers, only one had moving experience and was actually able to lift heavy loads. I tried to contact the company 3 times during the service and nobody responded. They gouged my walls terribly in both homes, destroyed my memory foam mattress and then tried to charge me an extra $100 for 30 minutes extra. The company finally responded and said I didn’t get full service so it doesn’t matter that they ruined my walls. Just skip this company.

Communication could have been a little better, but overall they were fast and very friendly and completed everything in the rain without complaining. I would recommend.
