Juan and Diego were great. They arrived on time (1 min early!) and finished the job well within the 2 hours. They were communicative and respectful. They took excellent care of my furniture. Our job was a furniture rearrange with very heavy pieces up and down the steps. No damage, no issues. I would heavily recommend ProMove for your moving needs.

Pros they were helpful and completed the job but it took a lot of reasoning. They were on time (didn't complete the full two hours). Cons The workers seemed inexperienced. They told me they could move the heavy things but gave attitude about lighter objects such as packed boxes and chairs. They kept trying to stop and was going to leave an item in the house because they wanted me to disassemble it. They told me they were done and the truck wasn't completely full leaving multiple packed boxes that I had to load once they departed on my own. My furniture were severely scratched. Boxes labeled fragile were handled roughly, even when I mentioned it. There was poor communication during the move. One of the movers was irritable the other tried to remain professional when communicating. As much as I support younger generations with building business, I do not recommend this company they, are not skilled movers. It wasn't worth the frustrations.
