They were kind, moved quickly, but did not like how i had to wait all day.

The two guys that showed were very courteous and handled everything really well. HOWEVER - neither spoke English. Several times we had to use the translator app on the phone to communicate. Not really a big deal since we didn't have a ton of stuff to move. HOWEVER - the biggest issue I had - and not just with this company - is the lack of preparedness. No dolly, no lifting straps etc. They ended up using the dolly I rented, and the listing straps I bought for myself. I didn't mind letting them use the equipment, it's just the principle of it. Why are they not supplied with basic equipment? The moving straps made a HUGE difference, and they were grateful to use them. All in all, they did a great job and packed the truck well.

They are on time. They are gentle, care for my stuffs. A little misunderstanding during communication. However, they still accommodate our request on assemble our bed.

Anthony and Ardon were professional and efficient. They arrived on time they worked diligently to get all our items moved out of the truck and placed in the proper room. They even set up our beds. I could not be happier with Diego and his crew and if we ever need moving help, we will highly recommend jet Max.
