My movers left my apartment building because of an issue with parking, which I had resolved, and was waiting on them at my lobby. They proceeded to go to McDonald's and order food, cutting into my moving hours. When they finally started moving things, they did not let me down by the truck. They broke the service elevator so, moving was halted & I basically paid them to eat McDonald's & sit on a couch. They did two loads of things & basically just threw my furniture in the truck, leaving major gaps in between and then throwing things over the top so they's fall in between the pieces. Because of this, the truck was basically full, & I still had things to put in there. I had a truck big enough for a two-bedroom apartment & I only had one bedroom of furniture and then a small living area. It was plenty big. PLUS, I had already taken ALL boxes to my storage unit so they only had to move my furniture, tv's, and couch pillows. I had to rearrange the truck by myself & finish the move on my own

As with the load order, Nate was able to add Piano fee and extra hour to the unload fee. still 300 pretty pricey for the small electronic piano. THe load and padding was good and the instrument was moved without damage. Again, Nate was able to add the piano fee and extra hour without trouble.

Nate was respoinsive to all my calls on each end of the move. YellowJacket handled both the load and unload operation. AS noted in my other UHJaul survey, Neither I nor the Uhaul person in Paris , TN (Darren) could add the Piano service option when making the Yellowjacket reservation. Nate, of Yellopwjacket added the piano service upcharge on site ($300.00 on each end). A little pricey but it got the job done. BTW I added tip on bothe LOad and unload times.

The mover’s were great. Fast and efficient. The company was not upfront about extra cost for heavy items so we were trapped into paying an extra $300 dollars. Already tipped each person

Let me just say, Yogi & Benjamin are a helluva team. They showed up early, paid careful attention to detail, and made loading a truck look easy. These guys are true pros. I cannot say enough to praise them and Yellowjacket moving services. A+ and the highest recommendation.
