I am happy to give 5 stars all around for Mighty Movers. We moved to Johnson City, TN and hired Mighty Movers to unload our truck. The movers were quick, friendly, and efficient. I did not hear from Mighty Movers before the move right away and when I called I didn't get a call back, however, the next day I called and was able to connect with someone who said they already had us booked for 10am on our unload day. Moving is stressful, I didn't fully appreciate what seems to me a lack of communication but it was not enough to take away from the 5 stars as the day of the move I got a call letting us know the exact arrival time and the two men who came to help were amazing! I wanted to tip the unloaders at the time but didn't have a way to do so and I am so glad I was given the opportunity to review because I see I am able to tip them. They deserve it and I am VERY happy with the service.
