The pack in the truck was very strange. Very different from what I've normally seen. Almost all of my furniture came out of the truck damaged. A lot of stuff was thrown around when packed and boxes and totes were stacked on top of my 65'' TV. Am not very happy with how they did things considering how much I was charged for the service.

it was my first time hiring help, and looking at the reviews of all the movers suggested to me i found patriot movers the highest rated with good communication, in honesty it was out of my budget BUT i wanted a stress free moving as i was coming from a different state and needed unloading help. and this company that has great communication in the reviews and i'm glad i went with Patriot. I had Will and another person (forgot his name) but they were great! came an HR before the service as i came early to my location and they accommodated me early. i suggest everyone to book through them!! They were fast, reliant, understanding and made everything so stress free. I will book again a with this company if i ever move to help with loading and unloading.

One of the two movers was complaining and was rude. They got my couch dirty and did not set it up right, they just left it in the floor on its side.
