THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN ROTTEN. I RESERVED AND PICKED UP A 10 FOOT TRUCK FROM UHAUL ON 03-30-2024. THE UHAUL TEAM MEMBER STATED THE ITEMS DESCRIBED WILL FIT. THE MOVERS STATED MY ITEMS COULD NOT FIT. I REACHED OUT TO UHAUL TO ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN A 15 FOOT. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY AVAILABILTY ACCPET FOR 26 FOOT, WHICH WAS EXTREMELY TOO BIG. THEY LOADED THE 26 FOOT ONLY TO HAVE MY ITEMS BROKEN AND DAMGAGED. I CALLED UHAUL ALL DAY TRYING TO GET A SMALLER TRUCK I KNEW MY ITEMS WOULD SLIDE. I COMMUNICATED MY CONCERNS TO UHAUL JUST TO BE IGNORED AND SHUNNED. I PROVIDED THE MOVERS WITH STRAPS THAT DID NOT HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
