Not sure if this was a bad day but my movers were almost 2 hours late to my reserved time slot and I wasn’t notified until 30 min after my reserved time slot. They took way longer loading and unloading than I’ve ever dealt with and I move every year. Broke my dresser and a couple other larger furniture items in the process. Movers were respectful but I wouldn’t recommend if you are trying to not be even more stressed on an already stressful day.

Movers arrived 1.5 hours late. They departed with 45 minutes of paid time left of services. They also damaged the headboard of the bed while moving items into the bedroom (right in the center of the headboard too). One of the men was more helpful and had a positive attitude than the other man.

Cody and Braxton arrived on time and completed the job on time. They answered all of our questions, worked with us to develop a loading plan and carried our the move efficiently. They were polite in communication and were respectful and careful with our belongings. They did so well we were able to get everything into one box. Thank you fellow!
