Curtis and Tyrell were great. Communicated promptly. Was on time and very professional. We moved into an apartment complex and the neighbors even committed on how nice and professional they were. The movers that loaded our things from Moving Kingz need to be removed from moving help. They did a significant amount of damage (gashes) to our things including an antique buffet plus didn’t even load everything in a 26 foot truck with plenty of space. Example - left my headboard, didn't load one of two beds, my mother's rocking chair but not the ottoman, and MUCH MORE. Their truck packing was a joke. Lots of movement because they left so much space on the truck, and NO NOT EVERYTHING WAS ANCHORED DOWN OR HAD FURNITURE PADS we provided. When we sent photos w the owner he took forever to respond and then said it was a good job. Likely, he will try to spin this as our fault instead of taking responsibility for his men doing an absolutely awful job. This is literally costing us another $1500 to finish moving. The movers we used to unload at our destination said it was the WORST truck packing job they had seen in 15 years of moving. Save your money and your furniture, use someone else.

I don't know how they did it but they are the Tetris Masters! They got everything from my 10x10 storage unit into a 10 ft UHaul truck! They were very coordinated and had the best attitude. I was almost in tears and they calmly let me know everything was going to fit. Communicated and took direction very well. Absolutely professional. Would use again!
