While the movers themselves were nice enough, they showed up 40 minutes late with little to no communication on their end. I had to call Robert twice and text once to even find out they were going to be late. Once they showed up, they moved with no purpose. Both were constantly on their phones and twice I went downstairs to see what was taking so long in between hauls to find them leisurely sitting on my furniture and texting. I felt like they were intentionally moving slow so I would be billed more. Their tardiness paired with their slowness has caused me to have to add an extra day to my cross country move. Would not recommend using this company.
