If I could give a zero, I would. Intentionally dragged beyond time so they could charge extra. Did not see any sense of urgency to meet the initial two hours. When the time had passed, instead of asking me to call U-Haul to increase my time, told me to Zelle the money to him. He said U haul will give me the complete 3hr receipt. Eventually I was not able to get a true receipt from U-Haul to present to my company. I called the team several times and they did not call back or pick my call. I sent money including tip to his account but when I reached out, they seemed to no more exist. I used another moving help service few days earlier and was so pleased, but this team made me feel cheated and robbed. This is a fraudulent moving help service! Please avoid.

Initially communications were difficult. Phone wait to report a replacement crew took too long. When answered finally agent was very professional and helpful. Movers did an excellent job.
