Use JCM but be vigilant. The movers didn't follow instructions & took too long. See link at end for my full text exchange with owner. 1. Asked them to wrap bookshelves. My husband reminded them. They confirmed they had plastic. We didn't supervise. Noticed them loading last shelf. Unwrapped. We checked truck; none had been wrapped. Shelves had fallen out & backing had loosened on most of them. 2. Too slow. Paid for 2-hr move. They took 3.5 hrs to fill less than half a 20' U-Haul then unload at storage unit. My husband has back issues, which is why I hired movers to do it. No major furniture, mostly boxes, bookshelves & wrapped pictures. But movers carried items individually instead of loading several on hand truck I provided to save time. When shared my concerns, owner responded defensively instead of proactively.
