Mr. Alexander and his team went above & beyond at every opportunity. Things went wildly awry the morning of my intended move date thanks to some unexpected repair work in my new apartment, & he was so kind, responsive, calm & helpful as I worked through all the scheduling issues. He rearranged his schedule to be able to fit me in the following day, which he absolutely didn't have to do. He stayed in good communication, let me know their timeline clearly, & when they arrived, they immediately set to work & got it done in half the time. They came through in the clutch moment, & I could not be more grateful. I'd give 10 stars if I could, & I'll definitely hire Mr. Alexander & his team again.
