They broke part of our couch and replaced which was okay. The problem we had was when they were moving another couch they could figure out how to to the other room. We offered the suggestion to remove the legs which they wouldn't do. But after they left we did that and moved it in just fine. The movers just really wouldn't sit for a second and listen to our advise to figure out how to move it. I understand the rush cause of the job times. But we had plenty of time and that was mainly what we were wanting them for
