Movers seemed overwhelmed and worked very slowly and we only had a 15’ truck to unload. Owner took care of problem we encountered very professionally.

While we are grateful they sent an extra person to help last minute and their speed was great, we were not impressed with the way they handled our belongings. The fridge had to be partially disassembled to get through the door, and they didn’t let us know that they broke the handle (which we now have to replace at $200). They also loaded things into the truck before we had a chance to tell them that some things weren’t supposed to get packed and or we did tell them and it was lost in translation. They also didn’t offer to disassemble the main part of our bedframe, which led to huge issues when we tried to move it in to the new place.
