Do not believe these reviews, they must have bought the account or changed management. Absolutely terrible. These two guys showed up with zero moving equipment. They were unprofessional and did not care about my stuff. After saying they would be done in no time they proceeded to do all the easy stuff with no boxes first and saved the heavy stuff for last. Not only did they not finish loading the truck, they just left when the time was up. A blind person could have done a better job packing the truck. They placed chairs on top of a set of golf clubs bending them. Overall a terrible job - would not recommend this place or business to anyone. I've never not tipped movers in my life and hope that this was the only time it ever happens.

Mr. Duane stayed in constant contact with me to confirm my move. Even when there was an unexpected delay, he communicated quickly, set clear expectations as to when the team arrive (I mean down to the minute) and the services they provided was quick and timely. They quickly packed up over 30 boxes inside our home and almost as many totes located in the garages in a little over an hour. Then we rode to the storage facility, he and Mr. Anthony unpacked the truck and stacked everything so neatly. I was so impressed that we asked him to come quote us for an upcoming interstate move. If you have moving needs, this team is truly the best! We've moved alot. We've used uhaul packing assistance before, but they exceeded my expectations and surpassed my prior experiences with moving companies. You won't be disappointed.
