The guys were very professional and worked hard. I gave 4 stars because unfortunately, when unpackaging a mattress one of the guys slit the mattress. It had to be replaced at a cost of just under $400. We didn't charge them for it as they were doing a good job and I'm sure $400 would be a burden. We would use them again. Hopefully they'll return the favor next time.
