I reserved 3 movers for 4 hours. Courtney did not honor my reservation and sent 2 movers instead, citing transportation issues. I understood the circumstances. However, she failed to provide a refund for the reduction of labor. Furthermore, she has maintained poor communication despite my understanding and accommodating decorum. Regardless of Courtney's exploitative conduct, the movers were very helpful and efficient. They handled my furniture with great care and completed their job in 3 hours instead of the allotted 4. However, Courtney did not provide a refund for the shorter number of hours as well.

Brought 3 Men and they where going to leave half my stuff on the truck. Then when they finished still had stuff on the truck to move between 2 women. Eddy was nice and he worked the young man that was there worked his tale off. But the third one was on his phone most of the move. I had to ask the young guy where is your compodrea?
