I was expecting two helpers and only received one who had arrived late in the day. Far too late to load two UHaul trailers I had rented and a pick-up truck. I and my pick-up driver left with very little in one trailer and nothing in the pick-up and other trailer. The total cost of the trailers was $532.22. $302.95 to UHaul for 2 persons for 4 hours, I got one and was promised two. After repeated phone conversations, local help was 20 minutes away, (no show). Then five minutes away, (no show). Again 20 minutes away, (no show). I got informed that if no helpers then the owner would come, (no show). Finally late in the clod and raining day around 3 or 4 PM Tim showed up, he did the best he could to load the 26' UHaul truck and three tool boxes in one trailer. It was far too late to do the other storage unit. I am 74 years old and on a fixed income. I have had contact with Olds & Family Outfitters with the promise of some of my money back. I have not seen it. Do not use them!
