The guys that helped us were great! Fast, efficient, and friendly. However, I tried to call the office before our scheduled time to let them know we would be a few minutes late with the truck. No answer, said to leave voice-mail but the box was full.

We provided blankets and straps and they only used half of the blankets and none of the straps. Quite a bit of the wood furniture was put in the truck without blankets and was scratched. A dresser leg broke off because of how it was packed.
