I am chronically disabled and Nichols Movers were a godsend. They were quick, careful, and accommodating. If I weren't moving 600 miles away, I'd certainly hide them again.

Willie and Jason showed up 10 minutes early, which was so professional and we got started immediately. They were well prepared, experienced, strong and very careful - and absolute masters of the hand truck! We had to move out of a basement apartment with a pretty narrow stairway and neither wall was touched. Both were very pleasant, personable, conscientious and were super flexible when it became apparent that I needed more time to get the job done. On top of it, tho we were all exhausted, they helped put together wire racks (think Ikea furniture...). Bottom line, I was under the gun to get this move done and we couldn't have got it done without Willie and Jason - Thanks guys, I have you in my electronic rolodex for next time and to refer friends.

The one taller gentleman was kind and friendly, called to confirm the time, and they showed up on time. That's where the positive service ended. The moving service itself was frankly terrible as they clearly had little concern for our property or directions. While they started by placing items where they were instructed to, this only last all of twenty minutes before they quickly resorted to putting items wherever they felt. Boxes were being thrown about with little care and boxes clearly marked fragile were crushed under huge stacks of much larger and heavier boxes. The younger man whose ass was hanging out of his pants was over-stacking things so high on the dolly that they were falling off from several feet as they tried rolling it down the ramp. A table was completely destroyed along with several materials contained in smashed boxes. We're still uncovering all the damage that was done by their carelessness.
