IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. I know you see a lot of good reviews and decent pricing; that's why I chose it too. But it was a NIGHTMARE with one of the movers! When they first arrived, they did not seem friendly at all and barely spoke. The one I had the issue with, crashed a major appliance into a wall and dropped or tore several items throughout the move. He kept trying to defend himself by touting his 7 years of experience, got mad at me and started yelling at me after his partner accidentally dropped an item after I was going to shrug it off. He proceeded to yell at me in my house about the terrible job I did packing 4 plastic bins with no lid and said that was his excuse for dropping things. He was careless! He ran in and out the house constantly complaining. He tried to come back and say he didn't mean it, but when I explained my side, he got mad again. I thought I was going to call the police. We ended somewhat cordially to keep peace.Wish I could've talk to manager; he never called back
