Texted right after booking to confirm time. Showed up about 15 minutes late, no big deal but they wanted to be done at the original time instead of staying an extra 15 minutes to make up for the time lost from them being late. They did end up staying but we had to ask. one guy seemed to be doing the majority of the work. I had a lot of heavy things I could not carry myself and made it clear that was the priority. The other guy was making trips with light things like couch cushions so I told him to please not spend time on that because I could easily carry that and to please just get the stuff that was too heavy for me. He did more in the last 15 minutes than the first 1.5 hours. over all yes they did complete the job and it wasn’t the worst service but I can’t say I’d hire them again or recommend them. Which is too bad because the main guy was pretty good, if he had a better helper I probably would’ve recommended them and gave more stars.
