The owner was very communicative and polite, and helped me reschedule when my move got pushed. They were the easiest to use with the MyMove platform. The team showed up an half hour late and smelled pretty dank, but thankfully I was still able to leave on time because we allotted for 2 hours and only needed 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, they were supposed to load the truck and didn’t. Thankfully my dad was there to help but they simply handed him some of the heavier items and made him actually load the truck himself instead of helping inside the truck itself. The men were polite, but wanted to chat and we didn’t have time because we were on a tight time crunch. They damaged some of my items as they were bringing them downstairs. I know things inevitably get messed up in a move, but I was still disappointed because the one piece of furniture needs to be completely refinished now to look halfway decent. Overall I’m thankful they showed up and got it done.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this company. While most of their reviews are great, my experience was disappointing. They were moving very quickly to load the Uhaul, to the point where it felt like they were rushing. At the end I found out they were trying to finish quickly and make it to another job. One of the movers dropped a 100-year old slab of marble and broke a large chunk off of it. Unfortunately, while mistakes do happen, that table has been in my family for a century. It was passed down to me by my grandma and cannot be replaced. Of less sadness but still annoying, a barstool was also dropped on the concrete and sustained some damage. All told, I regret hiring this company and would not recommend them.

Company owner came to cover crew originally scheduled, and did a great job! Moved 10x20 storage unit and packed the entire unit contents into the 15 ft U-Haul in a professional manner within the original timeframe. Would definitely hire them again!
