The movers were delayed by 2 hours beyond the agreed-upon appointment. That created some problems for us, as we had additional plans for the afternoon which had to be delayed. HOWEVER, the professionalism and bright attitudes of our two movers, Damond and Shemar, more than made up for the inconvenience caused us. They took exceptional care of our items and worked well as a team. Even though they were able to finish the job in 15 minutes, their work was well worth the payment we contracted for, which covered 2 hours of work. Hutch, himself, was easy to work with and exuded positive energy over the phone. We plan to call on this company again for future assistance -- really liked them!

I could NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER TEAM!! The owner of the company (Hutch) and his team (Damond and Shamar) were absolutely amazing. My move had to be rescheduled (and moved to an entirely different unit on another floor) and they were able to accommodate me! The team went above and beyond to get me moved in as fast as possible, were respectful of my belongings and my family, and genuinely very kind people. They were so great, my new neighbor, Erica, literally hired them on the spot to finish helping her move in the same day too!! I was the only scheduled job, so they picked it up on the spot and got the rest of her things moved in too! Hopefully I don’t move again for a while, but when I do, I’m calling Hutch in the Clutch without a doubt. Tipped cash on site.
