Hired two more guys cuz order was messed up, fixed easily! John and his team complete our 3 hour unload in just one hour. His team members remembered who’s room was who’s and watched the marked boxes and took them there without having to be directed- I was very impressed by this. Thank you so much to your entire team!!! You are all amazing!!

I was not able to communicate directly with the dispatcher on Call. They insisted on text only. The loaders also did not being extendable Dolly which made the move slower. I expect them to bring additional moving Dollys to help us move easily.

Dan and Dakota were extremely professional, courteous, polite, caring, respectful, and they simply did an excellent job at moving all my belongings without breaking anything and did an amazing job at loading the truck and packing my belongings neatly in my storage unit. A job well done. I give the both of them a A++ rating.

I would steer clear of this moving help company. Their communication prior to the unloading date was extremely poor and made both my wife and I anxious in an already highly stressful situation of moving from a different state. Adding to that, they did not respect the time frame we requested and showed up later than desired. Both of the unloading helpers were not very friendly or warm and made it feel like they'd rather be doing something else, somewhere else. One of them reeked of smoke and they didn't come prepared with any tools or means to problem solve. This was a terrible experience compared to the team that loaded our U-Haul, who were both personable and communicative and took extreme care and caution in everything they did. I would not recommend SMS Move Pros to anyone and would not use them again.
