Unbelievably rude during the time they were there. Showed up 10 minutes late and complained the entire time. Asked for an additional hour which I paid for. Then they left a half hour early before job was finished.

When you pay gor 2 hours of moving. You hope for 2 hours of moving. Not what I got. I was hot out and I know moving is tough, but when the owner says they have to take breaks to hydrate (which they should), then the lost time shouldn't be charged to the customer. We lost 45 minutes of moving time and had boxes left in the carport area. They broke 1 item...no biggie, but I was told I was a liar when I told the boss. Then he revealed the movers were his son and friend. His loyalty is not to the customer or the truth. He also thought it was cool to message me at midnight after the move was over, to continue to defend his workers. Moving work sucks for sure...but when it's your chosen profession, just move stuff. Not to mention, they were late and went to the wrong location. I won't use these guys again.
