Helper showed up on time, but the main guy was an hour late. I had to reach out to him to ask ETA, he never let us know he was running late until we asked. Once he arrived he didn't introduce himself, ask questions or interact with us at all. Had to take several breaks, the only big thing we had was a fridge, everything else was boxes packed by en elderly handicapped woman (meaning not heavy or big). Very disappointing

Moving Doctor indeed! We had concerns about everything fitting in the trailer we had rented. Thanks to Jared and Javier, we were able to fit almost everything into our trailer- we only had to leave 1 box. Without them, we' have left so much more! Also, they handled everything with care. Thanks!
