This is my 2nd time using them and they are exactly what you need when it’s time to move. They are very professional and on time and ready to go. I had everything already packed and lined up for them when they arrived to really use the 2hours booked efficiently. If you don’t want to go over your time reserved, you must be organized and packed. Also try not to pack your boxes too heavy. This helps make everything go smoother. I only went over by 1hr but the communication was great with no issues or problems. They packed the U-Haul nice and neat and handle your items with care and they are super affordable compared to the others charging super high prices for a 2hour move. So if you moving, book them, go get a Uhaul and let them handle the rest.

Showed up 2 hours late. Said it was due to a uhaul breakdown. One of the movers smelled like alcohol. We needed help moving two items from our basement one being a couch. Don’t care they tried to push it through a door, ripping the entire back. After 25 minutes of them being here I asked them to leave. they wouldn’t leave until they got their payment code. I didn’t want the liability of a stranger that smelled like alcohol in my house, moving my possessions. I’m very disappointed and I don’t recommend at all.

The movers were very quick in getting the job done. I do wish they would have paid more attention to the box labels rather than just putting them wherever. They were helpful with the placement of larger furniture like chests of drawers and dressers.
