Whomever runs this business should consider taking classes on communication and business. The only reason I did not rate your company 1 star was because the guys that came to unload my U-boxes were exceptionally nice and pretty fast.

What a day! Even though UHAUL almost ruined everyone's day by renting equipment that they didn't have, even though I had a contract for it, this moving company worked extra hard to help my moving day as smoothly as possible. It added on extra work for them, but they were amazing!

Both movers had a long day. Before our move they had a 2-3 he residential move...then our 4.5 hr office move. We bought them lunch and gave them an extra thank you.

I tried tipping at the end of the job. I wanted the tip split evenly, but one mover claimed to be the supervisor and took more. I did not feel that was fair.
