Loyalty Crew Moving

I was very satisfied with the two gentlemen that unloaded the truck, they were on time and did a great job. They DID NOT have any moving equipment, ie dollies floor dollies etc. I called the supervisor to ask if they could drop off dollies etc, but they were not available and could not provide. My daughter had to go to uhaul to get dollies to expedite the move. Overall it was a good move but absolutely do not understand why a crew would show up without the necessary equipment. Again the communication and crew are great. Recommend sending the crews out with the proper equipment. Thanks again.

Dumped all my boxes carelessly . I did not have a pathway too walk. Moved too fast and did not listen to where I wanted space. I'm elderly with a bad back.
