Overall this company was okay. I booked them through UHaul for a set price. I would not choose to use this company again for several reasons. 1 Additional charge for location that was added after the fact. There was no mention of this fee at the time of booking and I was not informed until the day before. 2 Lack of communication when they were going to be three hours late. By the time they showed up, I had the job over 50 percent completed. This resulted in it taking them half the time of what I booked and paid for. 3 They did not respect my wishes on how I wanted the truck loaded. I requested certain items and furniture get loaded first due to concerns that it would not all fit. 4 Lack of professionalism. Inappropriate commentary on my chosen tip.

They were great. So speedy, so receptive to where we wanted our things, and they didn't scuff any of our furniture. We were on the third floor, the stairs are narrow, and the first thing they moved was a huge sleeper sofa. We had another couch that was much smaller and lighter that one of the helpers carried alone, v impressive. Very careful, very nice, only thing, $35 insurance fee

The one hour time window sucks and the charging me $35 for fuel and supplies is not right. No supplies used and I’m sure there wasn’t $35 worth of fuel used.
