I highly recommend Clear Moving. The team I originally hired ghosted me the day before I was supposed to move out of my apartment in Arlington. I scheduled Clear Moving with less than 24 hours notice. They immediately reached out and also worked around my apartment’s busy loading dock schedule. Their guys were very professional and quick. Would absolutely hire them again!

The movers did not have moving equipment upon arrival. They didn’t respect the time booked as they moved slowly and stopped to purchase drinks on two different occasions. One of the movers was seen on the phone and holding my items with one hand. The move took 3 hours even though it was a 1-bedroom move with furniture only and the distance between both locations was 1.5 miles. A marble top, protected with a furniture pad that I provided, was somehow broken when being loaded up. I had to wait while they rearranged items in the truck while asking ME how things should be arranged in order for everything to fit. I was told while en route to the second location that I would need to pay double the hourly rate charged in the marketplace for the movers to finish. The owner hung up on me and called one of the movers when I presented pictures of my damaged table top and requested a replacement or reimbursement. I would not book them, especially if you’re a single woman. They will take advantage.

The gentleman who helped us, (Romero & Wayne), were polite, respectful, absolutely hard-working and efficient! They took great attention to detail when packing up boxes and made sure that they were putting things where we wanted them. We utilized other companies to assist with our move as well and they were excruciatingly expensive, they came nowhere near the quality of service we received from these gentlemen!! A+++ service!
