Somehow the movers got the impression I only wanted them to move the furniture from my small 1 bdrm apt, not all my belongings. Their reaction? They slow-rolled the first hour and a half, wanting to use up the 2 hrs booked. When they realized I needed everything moved they started moving at twice the pace but it was too late. Had to have them return later to unload. Wanted to charge me $90 for that hour (funny how it took less than half the time to unload) when the initial rate was $160 for 2 hrs. Owner of the company ceased all communication when I enquired about a 20 percent off first move promotion on the company's ad that HE TEXTED me! Has not responded at all to any of my concerns. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They work very hard, there was a lot to move. It took more than 3 hours and they kept working all the time! Also, they came quickly even with a very short notice, as the other crew could not come and let me know 15 min before the scheduled time.
