I received confirmation and updated calls. Terrence and his crew were timely on arrival; polite and informative. They worked in unison and were able to pack both pods with all of my belongings. We had a rocky start where I was unsure if they were going to be available on the day of the move, but we got it worked out. There was also some kind of problem with the payment process and I ended up having to CashApp them a balance for them having to make multiple trips to get both containers on site to load.
