Thank goodness. I had moved my entire load the night before. Alone. Which sucked. As far as thinking ahead, I was more than happy to hire help to remove all my items. They showed up on time and were speedy and professional. Most of my boxes were not marked since some had been packed 7 months prior. They were courteous and took the time to move my items with care. My advice, hire these movers to help you. I have had other movers in the past, they do not compare. Your won’t regret it.

We hired Joe and Stan a second time to unload everything at our new house after they were so helpful loading everything up at the old house. They were fantastic once again - they even sorted out a mess that some other movers we had hired made. I was so impressed with how efficient they were both times. We are recommending Smooth Move to all of our friends and family now and they will be our first call anytime we need help moving things around.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Stan and Joe - they were absolutely amazing both times we hired them and will be my go to if I ever move again or need heavy furniture moved around the house. They responded super quickly both times and were able to come out on less than 24 hours notice. They not only worked incredibly hard moving everything, but they did it in a super organized way and completely took the stress out of our move. I could tell that they have great experience moving people because they didn't just throw things around haphazardly. When it was time to unload into the new house they paid attention to where we wanted everything and stacked the boxes so that we could easily get to everything. They were so professional and friendly as well and immediately put me at ease when they showed up. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your move, they really do make it a Smooth Move.

Not only did Joel and Stan come help my husband and I move within a 24 hour notice, but they were efficient, professional, and super nice. Within an hour of booking Joel called and reached out to me about the details of the move. They showed up a few minutes before the time they said they would be to our new place and got right to work. They asked us questions throughout the move about our preference with the boxes and furniture. I would recommend them to anyone moving around the area.
