I rented moving blankets assuming they would use them to cover my spin bike and some delicate things. They didnt use any of them..still in package. One large foot rest ended up damaged due to shifting.( it was placed upright?) And something slamming into it. I had a plastic mattress cover and the way they put the mattress in the truck, the cover slid half off. I didnt notice until they were done. I didnt stay by the truck while loading. They were on-time though and were able to schedule me even though I entered the wrong date when scheduling.
