During our initial confirmation phone call I was asked to provide gas money for the helpers since they were coming from out of town. The helpers showed up & had no idea how to move a house. They didn't pack the truck very well. They were so slow. I had to tell them to leave at the 3 hour mark and finish loading the truck myself. Once I got to my destination. The furniture was unloaded & I noticed visible scratches on several items. A dresser had a big gouge on the top of it. My washing machine and dryer had scratches on the fronts from them putting items in front of them without blankets. At the three hour mark the helper called his boss to verify the extra hour. When his boss called me he again asked me if I gave them gas money. It's not my responsibility to pay for gas for them to get to my destination. Maybe they shouldn't offer their services to out of town clients if they can't pay their staff for the travel and job and travel costs. I do not recommend this company.
