Overall the two people who came to help me move were very respectful and helpful. However they did not speak any English and it was a bit tough to communicate with them. Also, the woman I spoke with on the phone named Julie on uhaul, reassured me that the movers would definitely have the tools to build my bed and mount my tv, however they did not. I was a bit upset as this was half the reason I was booking movers. Make sure you call the moving company you booked after calling uhaul to confirm they will actually be able to complete the services you’re in need of!

Oskar’s team scratched the hardwood floor moving our walnut bookcase... clearly it was dragged and not carried out of room... also scratched same floor with piano as it too was dragged a bit... Luis and Noel were both very friendly and helpful. They came with supplies that we did not think to have which made the job turn out better than anticipated. Oscar scheduled our move, answered all our questions and was available whenever we needed assistance.
