We were very pleased with every aspect of the job from initial contact through the UHaul help site online, which was immediate. The job was scheduled within two days. The continual communication, rate quote, method of payment set up was easy, all online. ( tip handled by cash). The manager kept us updated on arrival of the crew. The guys were friendly and had good attitudes about their job, and did everything that we needed. Loading, and moving furniture around in the house inside and out that was misplaced on move in by our large moving company.
