Set a time for 10am. Initial text response took almost 24 hours. Workers were over an hour late. They were friendly, courteous, fast and respectful. Booked for 4 hours with uhaul and agent told me any unused hours would be refunded immediately. They only took one hour to unload. Asked young manto make sure my 3 hours be refunded. He said he didn't know about any of that he just knew his boss said he needed to get that code. I gave it to him. Then contacted owner while the workers were still in driveway via text, since that's how he'd been communicating with me. He went ahead and put in code for full 4 hours and then finally responded stating he did not give refunds unless something got broke and I had to pay for whatever I booked. This is really upsetting to me because the workers did their job well. I would have used them again or recommended to others in future. Now I will not, because the owner won't do the right thing. Imagine all the extra ppl he charges more than they need!!

They were very professional and friendly. They got us loaded quickly and they were careful with my household items. I would highly recommend them. The 2 young men worked very well together and had a rhythm that works well and efficiently. I will use them again.
