EXCELLENT. I used 3 moving companies in the past few years. These guys were the best by far. So careful with everything. Time and price given was exact. No bs. Gary the owner is a man of his word. The other companies just jerk you around with a low ball price. Then charge you more at the end. Not Gary. I will recommend everybody. I know that has to move. Excellent John Gary.

Gary and his crew showed up right on time and went right to work. they asked me where things went and even helped me unpack and put dishes away. after everything was done they helped me hookup the trailer to the u-haul so I could get it returned. I would definitely recommend peak property maintenance for anyone who is looking for a top quality company.

I gotta say.. I’ve moved my fair share of times and this company, these guys, are phenomenal. They showed up on time and barely stopped to take a drink of water. They were very careful not to scratch or dent or drop anything and got done right on time , even with stairs! They are very personable too, easy to talk and joke with which is good because moving sucks!! I would definitely recommend them !!!

My experience with this moving company was incredible. I was very last minute with the reservation and although they do not offer same-day services at this time, they made an exception for me and showed up bright and early. They really came to the rescue! Not only that but they took incredible care of my things and ensured nothing would be broken during transport. They moved really quickly when loading and unloading. I hate the moving process but I know with them as my movers, I have nothing to worry about. They made everything so easy, were so kind and BEYOND accommodating.

Moved our things quickly, but carefully and made sure to avoid dinging the walls and doorframes. They took pieces of furniture apart and put back together to fit in door frames. They were very kind, respectful, and punctual for a very fair price. Would hire again! Thanks so much!
