Provide outstanding moving services cleaning services
We thought Platinum Movers did a good job. Not outstanding but satisfactory. I didn’t receive an email or phone confirmation leading up to the move date, so I had to call and confirm on my own. The two movers showed up 20 minutes late - they did call and let us know though they were running behind which was appreciated. They were very efficient with the packing and it went quickly. They could have done a better job with packing the truck. Another moving professional at the storage facility came over and re-arranged some of the items so they wouldn’t shuffle around during the drive. Would be fine using Platinum Movers again.

The guys were extremely helpful and very careful with my items. They hauled out all the large heavy items from the house to the moving truck, and even hauled out the other items from the house. They were very courteous and helpful, and mindful of the items and packed the trucks carefully and strategically. And when they unloaded the items into my storage they even arranged the items to make sure every thing fits in perfectly. They were very professional, and careful with my stuff. Will definitely hire them again!
