They were a little late but explained we were wayyyy out of their covered area and we understood. they came and worked hard tho even staying over to complete their full time. they know what they’re doing and they’re good at it! loaded our whole three bedroom house in three hours packed it all nicely in the truck to where everything fit! we appreciate you guys!!!

The scheduled time for unloading with 2 unloaders was at 430 but after several calls and text messages to the owner her finally showed up at 615 by himself. He said his crew was in another city and could not come to help which meant that my husband had no choice but to assist him in unloading the UHaul truck. So not only was he almost 2 hours late one unloader he did not offer a discount or anything so we ended up paying the full amount. We always look for ways to support local businesses but Needless to say we will no be using these services again. Very disappointing.
