Would never hire again. After directing what to move, and had to leave. When I got back after they had left I looked in the truck and toward the end of their time they had just thrown things in. Nothing was stacked efficiently and things were also stacked on delicate furniture items that could have been broken. When I reached out I was told it was my husbands fault because he was supervising. And also that we had not given blankets. Both of those things were untrue. Instead of asking how to help or how to fix the issues or to come back or offer a refund. They were defensive and accusatory. We had to hire someone else to come and unload and reload the truck! Awful service and awful customer service. Unfortunately my husband even gave them a cash tip of $100 before he even looked in the truck. That mistake was on us. But we should not have to stage or supervise paid movers. Awful experience. Delayed out move by 24hours. I have photos so please don’t reply to this review and be defensive

Overall, the service was okay, and they got the job done. They seemed less experienced with moving and a few things ended up damaged. One mover we ordered did not come so it took longer than expected. Communication about when they were coming could have been improved. We’re grateful for their help. Overall, the guys were nice, respectful, and hardworking.

As a result of the email for payment release being submerged in the absolute flood of emails from U-Haul, my ability to release the payment was delayed about 30 minutes while we contacted the U-Haul help center.

The two young men that were sent were extremely nice and wonderful to work with. They worked really hard. They definitely had a hard time lifting some of the items which caused scratches and scuffs on walls, but overall it was a good experience.
