Would STRONGLY not recommend using Moving Movement. We agreed on an 8am start time as our drive was going to be 4 hours long and had scheduled the unloading team around 3. Moving Movement did not show up until close to 9, and then halfway through needed to take a lunch break. They were gone for an hour and half! We had to call them to ensure they returned. The reasoning was that they thought the city we were moving to was closer, 45 min, instead of trusting our information? Luckily the unloaders were able to accommodate us getting to our destination at 7pm, but there was the potential it would have needed to be rescheduled. Additionally, Moving Movement was actively smoking during the job, leaving our items smelling like cigarettes and they also left the butts outside our garage. I would caution using these movers due to the utter lack of professionalism. We did not tip and they lingered outside our house talking loudly and cursing. Hire at your own risk!

Scheduled for 1200PM, arrived 2 hours late without prior communication. I did not receive a text until they were already 43 minutes late. Then once they arrived after 5 minutes they went and got ice cream, I'm not kidding! At the 1.5 hr mark of starting to load they decided to take a lunch break. This was a scheduled job of only 4 hours, yet they still decided they needed a break less than 2 hours into the job. I was told it would be a 30-minute break, but they ended up taking a 1-hr break. Once the job was finally completed, they made a comment that they had given an extra hour. This is a job that should have taken 4 hours or less to complete but due to all their breaks and lack of urgency it took almost six hours! This literally ruined our day as we still needed to complete clean-up at the property I was moving out of. This company made an already stressful situation into a complete chaotic one. Do not use this company avoid any extra stress and headaches.

One of the guys was saying things I did not like which made me uncomfortable. Dragging my mattress on the concrete ripping the bag. Tossing and throwing things which made some of my things pop off the frame. Not professional. Never again. I was totally unhappy. No care for others things. Was a whole hour late. Late to the other location as well. My friend had to check one of them. Way too much for a team that wasn’t on time and didn’t do a good job. Mostly the white American guy rambling and rushIng, barely listening.
